So you’ve ruined the bottom of your pan because you left it on the heat too long?

Have no fear, we’ve all done it! There is a hack to get this mess cleared up quickly and easily without anyone having to know…

What you’ll need:

Vinegar (any type)
Bicarbonate of soda

How to do it:

1. Fill the bottom of your pan with 50-100ml of vinegar (depanding on how big the pan is).
2. Put it on a high heat until it reaches boiling point, then remove from the heat and place to one side.
3. Sprinkle 1-2 tbsp of bicarbonate of soda in the pan with the vinegar then brush all the nasties off!
4. If the whole pan can’t be wiped clean, make a paste with the bicarb and a little water and use that to brush off the remainder.

VOILA! Hacks for the roast dinner of champions!
